Refund policy

We offer a limited 7 day return policy. You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. All return requests are handled on a case by case basis and approval is not guaranteed.

To request a return you must email a.q.designs0@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos of the item, and a full explanation of the reason for the return. Only approved returns may be sent back. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

To qualify for a return the item must be unused, unworn, in perfect resale condition, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Any item that shows signs of wear or use will be rejected.

All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. An additional handling and inspection fee will be charged for every approved return. This fee must be paid before the return can be processed. Return shipping labels are not provided. The customer must use a reliable courier and return costs are not refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If the item is damaged or incorrect you must contact us within 24 hours with photo evidence. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as returns. You must request a return first. If approved and once the returned item has been checked and accepted you may place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. If approved the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
