AQ Designs Shipping Policy

At AQ Designs, we aim to provide a reliable and timely shipping experience for all orders placed through our website or store. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation unless otherwise specified for custom or pre order items. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, order volume, courier schedules, or unexpected delays such as public holidays or weather conditions.

We use trusted local and national couriers, and shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size, and preferred shipping method. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, the risk and responsibility for the package passes to you.

Some couriers may require a signature on delivery. If they cannot reach you, they may leave a notice or return the parcel to their depot. Additional fees may apply for redelivery. International orders, if offered, may include customs duties or taxes. AQ Designs is not responsible for any delays, fees, or requirements imposed by customs or international couriers.

Custom items such as matric jackets, personalised clothing, school uniforms, or branded apparel may require extra production time before shipping. Customers will be informed of estimated production and delivery timelines when placing the order. Once production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be made to custom orders.

Tracking information will be provided where available. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you must contact us immediately with proof of purchase and any courier documentation so that we can assist with resolving the issue.

Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a 7 day return window on eligible items. After 7 days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed on any hair products, including wigs, braids, hairpieces, extensions, or any product sold under AQ Hair.

Custom made items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault.
